We keep your place clean!!! Driveways, sidewalks, dumpsters, we keep your business and residence looking tidy and sanitary. The process is simple:
1) We send you an estimate of work to be performed. We may add on a few items to knock some things off your list i.e after pressure washing a fence or gate, offer to paint it.
2) You let us know when you would like to get this done. We offer after-hours and after-closing schedules to have as low of an impact on your staff and customers.
3) We arrive on-time and ready to take care of business! We start with initial before pictures to validate how things were when we showed up.
4) We spray and soak any areas needing pre-treatment with chemicals specified by industry practices.
5) Starting at the top and moving down, we get things clean!
6) Following all areas being cleaned, we complete any remaining cleaning to leave things ready to dry.
7) We complete our on-site inspection with final pictures to show you how much better things look!
8) Finally, we send you an invoice with the details of the invoice including the before and after photos.

That’s it!

We also offer reoccurring cleaning to keep things clean on a regular basis. There can include i.e. weekly, monthly, and quarterly visits. These are generally priced much lower following an initial heavy cleaning.
