Landscaping details

We work hard for you! From simple monthly trim/cut/blows, to major “The city is writing me letters!” clean-ups, we have you covered!

We bill by the total expected number of hours of work performed and other items, and once agreed upon, we knock things out!

Always included:

• Before-and-after pictures and/or videos of your property
• Clear communications of work to be performed
• Cutting grass and weeds to an even, acceptable level (based on weather, type of grass, etc.)
• Trimming sidewalks and driveways
• Weed whacking of weeds in parking lots and side walks
• Blowing of all materials and trash

Optional items, depending on your individualized needs:

• Administrative discussions with local enforcement officers and offices (primarily Sylvania Township and City of Sylvania, but we can work with them all!). We will quote you to get these discussions and proceedings stopped, and your property looking great and be back in compliance.
• Removal of clippings and trash (otherwise we mulch in-place)
• Large weed-infested areas trimmed and knocked down
• Small tree and bush removal
• Other vegetative trimmings
• Mulch removal and replacement
• Hauling of on-site “junk” to the local landfill (limits apply)
